Is this real. Why don't we see anything on NASA's website or under the official James Webb. Correct me if I'm wrong here. Please provide a link to the official notice on this discovery

Yes it is real. The report of the observation is up. It's an ESA project, lead researcher Dr. Anne-Marie Lagrange at CNRS. There's an article or brief just published in Nature today. It's easy to search for the details including the proposal for telescope time.
