The James Webb Space Telescope has discovered its first exoplanet close to Earth, and this looks promising for future space observations.

Is this real. Why don't we see anything on NASA's website or under the official James Webb. Correct me if I'm wrong here. Please provide a link to the official notice on this discovery

Yes it is real. The report of the observation is up. It's an ESA project, lead researcher Dr. Anne-Marie Lagrange at CNRS. There's an article or brief just published in Nature today. It's easy to search for the details including the proposal for telescope time.
