Subnautica fans took to Reddit to discuss the lack of combat and weapons in the upcoming sequel. One of the devs responded to the queries by explaining the choices and also suggested that alternatives to knives will soon be presented.

The first one didn't have combat either. What were they expecting? A completely different genre of game?
