Battlefield peaked with BF2 and 2142 on PC in the early 2000s. With every sequel since its just become slop.

I agree with you,  I just remember that EA had to kill the online of BF2 so people will move to BF3

I remember those days. Both BF1942 and BF2 were legendary.

IMO, early 2000s was peak PC gaming in general. We never really recovered after that.
