Performance or mobility? In the case of the MSI Raider A18 HX, it is clearly performance! With the AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D and the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080, this giant 18-inch laptop is a performance and gaming monster - you better not hope to have to use it on the go.

150 W at total load - this should not happen. Either the laptop is broken or you tested it incorrectly.

Excellent MiniLED tests! Please consider applying the same enthusiasm and rigor to the OLED front, specifically when it comes to evaluating vignetting (inconsistency in near-black tones).

Hi when reviewing laptops with a mini LED display, which mode is used (SDR or HDR) for measurements such as black level?

If it's SDR mode, 0.01 seems pretty good for the black level. Thanks! :)
