Title: Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra to be thinner with new camera optics invention
Post by: Redaktion on May 27, 2025, 13:36:01
After the Galaxy S25 Edge, Samsung may be preparing to slim down the upcoming Galaxy S26 series, too. That goes not only for the body of the handsets, but for the camera protrusions on the back as well.

While it might sound impressive, Samsung is known for selling its own latest and greatest hardware to it's competitor, while using the same old one for their own flagship. Not going to get my hopes up for the upcoming S series. Nobody ask for a slimmer and lighter device, all people want is more battery capacity, latest hardware, faster charging speed.

*its

Also, they've been doing that by using others as a test subject before they perfect them in their own hardware, like the hi-res camera sensors: the others got the first-gen parts, then the second-gen one goes into their flagships later.
