Warhammer 40,000: Rites of War is now free to claim on GOG until May 29, 2025. Originally released in 1999, this classic turn-based strategy game is returning as part of GOG's preservation program.

It's not free, costs 1,49€. Didn't see any option to get it for free.

We are almost two full days past that so the game isn't free anymore.
