Helldivers 2 fans are hilariously rallying behind Waffle House as the ultimate symbol of resilience as Illuminate invade the Super Earth. A viral fake tweet and a flood of Reddit jokes praise the diner chain's legendary staff as tougher than any Helldiver.

This is one of those posts that while amusing, would probably be a lot funnier if the reader had any clue as to what it was about. Maybe lead with a wee bit of explanation and set up?

For example, for non-gamers a "super Earth" is an Earth-like planet between 1.5 and 2 times the size of Earth. Not sure why they'd have Waffle Houses. Needless to say, very confusing.

Also Waffle Houses are a US-only chain (afaik), so most of the world wouldn't know of it, or only by reputation.
