The Garmin system software version 9.20 is currently rolling out to users of the Instinct 3 AMOLED, Instinct 3 Solar and Instinct E smartwatches. The release brings a new Rucking activity with an associated setting and a new sleep-related health metric. Plus, there are tools specifically for the new Tactical edition watches.
