Qualcomm is expected to deliver the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 this autumn. In the meantime, a well-regarded leaker has shared fresh details about how Qualcomm will distinguish its new chipset from the existing Snapdragon 8 Elite, including an NPU capable of 100 TOPS in theoretical performance.

With all these speeds I now understand why battery tech is advancing rapidly. Its not a coincidence, its all carefully arranged.

Let's say using a snapdragon 8 elite 3 with a 7500mah battery would be like using a Snapdragon 8 Gen1+ on a 4500mah.

Uhh, not too sure about the rest of the stuff you wrote but..

The reason why battery tech is advancing (especially in smartphones of Chinese origin) is because China made serious investments to battery tech like decades ago. Then they made some breakthroughs with battery chemistry and bringing the cost of that technology down.


Now they're so far ahead that even if other countries try to catch up they already moved onto the next gen bigger and better stuff. So for batteries everyone just goes China now.
