Initial batch of RX 9070 GRE reviews has now gone online in China and the reported performance of the GPU is noticeably better than the RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB. However, the GPU has seemingly failed to live up to AMD's claims of better performance than the RX 7900 GRE.

Please stop spreading this false abbreviation for 1440p. 2k is and always will be 1920x1080, the 2k refers to the horizontal pixels, ergo the 1920. 1440p on the other hand has 2560 horizontal pictures, which would make it 2.5k or even better, 2.6k.

2k = 1080p

"the review by Carbon Based Technology debunks this claim."

Uhhh... No it doesn't. They didn't test the same games you idiot! Depending on game selection GPU performance varies considerably. Making blanket statement claims like this based on a single review makes you look like you can't stop falling off your seat on the short bus.
