It turns out that the WH-1000XM6 will be official later this month after all. With Sony remaining quiet for now, a major retailer has revealed almost everything there is to know about Sony's WH-1000XM5 successors ahead of time. The leak sets up a possible simultaneous release with the Xperia 1 VII too.

It makes perfect sense since Sony does bundle their XM cans with the Xperia 1 phones.
