Microsoft looks set to complement the 13.8-inch and 15-inch versions of the Surface Laptop 7 next week with a smaller Surface Laptop 13". Equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X series chipset, the Surface Laptop 13" could well be a fair bit cheaper than Microsoft's existing laptop options too.

Got a QHD Inspiron 14 Plus with a higher end X Plus, fingerprint & face Windows Hello, 512GB SSD all for $485. What's the reason to buy this essentially SL Go 4 thats no doubt launching at 599-799 for 256GB and fewer ports?

They should sell x86 equivalent with the same pricing alongside.
Windows on ARM isn't for everyone.
