Newer isn't always better when it comes to the most popular community-supported games. GTA 5 Legacy once again has more Steam players than GTA 5 Enhanced. Partial support of GTA 5 mods is a factor in why some gamers abandon the technically superior edition.

Not playing enhanced because Rockstar won't let me migrate.

Seems pretty smart to split your player base like this.
