Asus has lifted the lid on the whereabouts of AMD's Dragon Range Refresh APUs. Based on new findings, the Asus ROG Strix G16 2025 will soon be available with not only the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti but also the AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX.

The question is why? Do they have lots of old Zen 4 cores lying around?
