Because nobody wants to play Need for Speed. Unbound, the game is just that bad.
In my 25yrs of gaming I've never played a worse racing game. From the physics to the game play. Literally any other racing game is better than this. I bought it for $5 last time it was on sale (it's on sale frequently because nobody plays it) to see if it was as bad as everyone says and it's not even worth $5. Only buy if they're willing to pay you for it. If you need a childish open world racer go get Forza Horizon or The Crew Motorfest. Both are infinitely better and on sale.
Triple A? Really, it's a C, maybe a B at best.
It's regular price should be $10 to $20 USD tops
