Post by: Redaktion on March 13, 2025, 16:40:03
More than 25 years after its release, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time still tops Metacritic's list of highest-rated games. Now, an ambitious fan is reviving it with a remake in Unreal Engine 5, and a playable demo is already available.

lmao locking a 60 FPS version behind a paywall is just begging Nintendo to DMCA him. What a greedy moron. Why are Zeldachuds always like this?

Because the game is completely redone from ground up, using custom coding and his own assets Nintendo can't touch it. If he used any of Nintendos stuff then he would get into legal issues.

It's amazing to see how The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time continues to inspire fans even after all these years! The Unreal Engine 5 remake looks incredible, and I can't wait to try out the demo. In the meantime, I've been enjoying some fun challenges with geoguessr free (https://geoguessrfree.io/online) to keep my gaming skills sharp. Excited to see how this remake turns out!

I especially liked the way the lighting and textures were recreated—you can really feel the atmosphere of Hyrule, as if you're walking through familiar locations for the first time. Of course, controlling the character is still just as enjoyable, and the classic mechanics are still there, which is crucial for fans. This experience reminds me of how we sometimes search for new platforms for online entertainment: we want stability, quality, and at the same time, new emotions. And I had a lot of questions about this. I find answers at https://pokiespros.com/no-verification-casino/ (https://pokiespros.com/no-verification-casino/), where you can quickly try out different games without verification and immediately evaluate all the features, which creates a similar feeling of freedom and experimentation as with this remake. Personally, I now think it's definitely worth playing the entire demo and seeing how the original locations come to life in the new engine.
