The operator stated that the site is secure, and the farm is operational. However, the windmill manufacturer started an investigation to establish the circumstances of the collapse.

Thought for a second this was an article about the SpaceX rocket explosion... but remembered I was on NBC and that they'd never dare to paint the Dear Leader Musk in a negative light like good Kult members.

First of all, they're not windmills, they're wind turbines. My guess is they didn't torque the bolts like they were supposed to and pencil whipped the PM.
