The VW ID.1 has finally been unveiled, at least as a show car variant called ID. Every1. Batteries aren't free and that is the price of a new vehicle. There's currently nothing available in that Euro/km range. 20,000/250 km = 80 Euro/km. ID.3 is 40,000/330 km =121.212 km 121 Euro/km. Right? That's only 2/3 price per km
