I've bought literally thousands of items from Amazon and while I have received items that works not work for my circumstances, I've never received the wrong item repackaged. They must have bought a used product trying to save a few dollars, I always buy new, sealed packages.
Given how Steve likes to hold a grudge, and likes to manipulate the narrative to fit his own views. I'm not sure how much I would trust this channel or the site that goes with it

The video does say its second-hand scam. Which means its for people who want to save some money to get second-hand items.

Ahh, and here's the Linus shill ready to defend his king at all costs even though Linus actually was wrong (even tried to deflect the issues in his responses). Not saying Steve isn't a little weird but I'd rather watch GN than anything LTT.
I'm happy to see at least 1 publication trying to get the word out about GNCA as its an issue that's only getting size with time. And to those who are confused this was an item sold and shipped by Amazon as NEW door those who didn't watch the video.
This is not a trustworthy source to advocate for consumers. They tend to get information wrong often and not correct themselves if they already got the views with their click bait.
