The cheapest Tesla that is supposed to be a diminutive Model Y Juniper facelift with much smaller battery may already be in the works according to the sighting of a test mule in Giga Texas.

Obviously, Cabs owners could be Tesla itself. Possible entrepreneurs Possible Cab/Lyft/Urber Drivers.  duh
