While the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra didn't see a battery upgrade, the Snapdragon 8 Elite is a more efficient SoC than the 8 Gen 3. However, this efficiency gain wasn't enough to beat the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max in PhoneBuff's battery endurance test.
