After demonstrating how its electric hypercar can briefly fly over potholes or spike strips, BYD is now showing an EV that can crab-walk around obstacles or parallel-park itself in tiny spots.https://www.notebookcheck.net/BYD-beats-Tesla-with-a-20-degree-rear-steering-on-Denza-EV-that-can-crab-walk-and-park-itself-in-extremely-tight-spaces.958927.0.html
Wonder how will they release this car in Europe? What with tariffs and all. Will they only release the hybrid or do those also fall under tariffs?
looks complicated and error prone to me

Looks like it'll burn through $100 worth of rubber tire each time.
There will always be companies pushing the boundaries of technology that all ready has a foothold and making $$$$
This car will be a disaster in Europe because of the current tariffs, nobody will pay more.
Another problem in Europe is that it is too big, something that is not popular in Europe, and of course its maintenance, not only of the tyres, but any breakdown will mean many weeks of not being able to use it because there are not enough workshops and factories in Europe, so I see it as a product that will not be successful in Europe.
At this point it's hard not to be Tesla.
A lot of Chinese cars have gimmicky features like karaoke microphones, built-in selfie cameras. But these do seem to sell well as western brands have been dropping in popularity in China. Western carmakers started incorporating these features themselves in trying to salvage their market share.
But how well this will do in other markets is anyone's guess.
