Finding an Nvidia RTX 5080 or 5090 in stock at MSRP is almost like striking gold. Lucky buyers could soon regret their purchases if the powerful GPUs burn out. It's not the RTX 4090. I've had 2 different RTX 4090 GPUs, NEVER HAD 1 PROBLEM. It's not any GPU; it's user error. By plugging the power connector in over and over again and not pushing it firmly all the way into the socket, it's not the GPU, but the person plugging in the connection. LOL SMH
The power plug had several design flaws. One of them was a missing klick and arrest on firmly inserting it into the socket. The user is also at fault but a not quite put in plug should never result in a meltdown. The major responsibility is of the standardisation committees and manufacturers incl. Nvidia.
