Be careful with the open box products from Best Buy! I happened to buy exactly this laptop (Asus S16 hx365) for $100 off - open box - at the release. Well the Wi-Fi 802.11b was defective and when I laid on the bed and crossed my legs I lost contact with the access point 30 feet away. First time in my life with five different laptops that this ever happened!
Make sure to thoroughly test the Wi-Fi on all bands if you buy an open box product from Best buy! Wi-Fi has a lot of analog components and it is easy to miss poor performance!

I don't think wifi is that much of a problem. Unless the wifi chip is soldered or the antenna is broken, swapping a wifi chip costs like what, 10 bucks?
The bigger issue is that for the specs, you can get brand new for that money this time of year. Hardly a deal.
