Three new Casio models from the AE-1600H series are now live for preorder on Amazon. Available in grey, black and beige colorways, they are equipped with 10-year battery life, a large LCD, and resin cases (& bands).

Finally, a watch (Casio AE1600H) is designed with the light button/switch at a six o'clock position for ease of use. In the dark I've pushed the light button (situated at about 10:00 o'clock on my current Casio) and have accidentally set the watch to the timer function.

Due to the button's position you have to contort your hand to squeeze the light button while holding onto the other side of the watch, similar to a pinching action.

Can't wait for the new model to come (February 1st.?). I'll be purchasing one for certain.

Hey!

I would recommend waiting for the watches to show up on Casio's US website, since Amazon is charging $37 more than what Casio Singapore is charging for the same watch, for some weird reason. You can search the model up on Casio SGP.
