New reports suggest that Nintendo is plotting a Switch 2 announcement later this week. While the company may provide a first look at the long-awaited console in January, it could be a while yet before we get to see launch titles and pre-orders start shipping.

I know it's a very small teeny tiny low chance there is some kind of switch 2 related announcement that happens this month.

But, what if you actually get it wrong? Would you be willing to take this back and admit to it? Make a public apology? For committing such slanderous statements? Promise to / vow never comment on the rumourmill (atleast for Nintendo related) comment section ever again?
