A very specific launch date for the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has been officially announced just a few days before the year's end. The global Xiaomi 15 will likely be launched at the same time as the Leica camera flagship of 2025.

I wonder why they won't offer the Xiaomi 15 Pro globally.
Hope they change their mind, because it's the phone I've been eyeing for quite a bit (5x optical zoom, 6100 mAh battery, 3-band Wifi 7, and Snapdragon Elite).
I'll have to search other brands for alternatives, because it certainly won't be Xiaomi 15 (missing some features I want), nor the Xiaomi 15 Ultra (unless it's somehow sold for less than 1000 € in the next few months). What a shame.
