Supernote has announced its new E Ink notebook, the A5 X2 Manta, which has a modular design that makes it possible to upgrade its internals and also repair it. However, it's not cheap compared to Amazon's new Kindle Scribe, and doesn't come with an important accessory.

The premise of this article is all wrong. Ignorant, even.

Supernote and Kindle Scribe address two different markets. They may both be fruit, but you are comparing apples to oranges.

The Supernote and the reMarkable are competitors. The Supernote and the Kindle / Kobo are not.

Come on tech journalists. (And whoever is the managing editor.) Do better.
