The Nintendo Switch 2 has yet to be officially unveiled by the company, but the renowned accessory manufacturer Dbrand has already showcased its protective case for the gaming handheld.https://www.notebookcheck.net/Dbrand-officially-unveils-its-Nintendo-Switch-2-accessory-ahead-of-the-handheld-s-launch.932554.0.html
I wish they'd gone with a clamshell form factor.
Good for them, but this could backfire. It's poor Etiquette to unveil your accessory before the product is officially debuted because by giving a case's specs, you are subtly leaking information that Nintendo hasn't officially released yet. It could also be considered a contract breach if an NDA is involved, and you also risk losing licenses to make products for the company.
