Post by: Redaktion on November 12, 2024, 18:25:54
Garmin is rumored to be working on a new strength training program for beginners called Get Fit. The plan is said to last for 12 weeks and is bookended by sessions designed to help you measure your progress. A report suggests that this feature would sit alongside the recently released Strength Coach, which appears to offer more customization options.

most of this stuff is nonsense, you'll revert in no time after the training period unless you keep it up, people need to be able to design training that's fits in with the lifestyle they lead, or intend to, while i understand people can have short term goals, e.g. a 'beach bod', the primary aim of fitness tech ought always to be based on long term sustainability
