Title: Apple M4 Max makes Geekbench debut with 31% performance uplift over M3 Max

Apple's latest M4 Max laptop CPU has been tested on Geekbench. On the CPU side, it scores 4,060 and 26,675 points in the single and multi-core tests. In the Metal benchmark, its GPU scores 192,532 points. The chip was tested alongside a high-end 16-inch MacBook Pro with 128 GB RAM.

Why does the author compare it to Intel CPUs? They are two different ecosystems. Like oil and water, they don't mix. For Windows users, they only care about x86 CPU performance.

Maybe because similar tasks can be performed on either platform and learning about how a CNC machine can be better than a table saw could be beneficial to the reader.
