Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite has brought a new wave of flagship smartphones, with most set to release within October. This next-gen SoC appears to have full Linux support, which could make PC game emulation easy on upcoming phones.

As someone said in a youtube comment, the emulator would also need to see some improvement too, cuz how will it be useful if you have the hardware but not the software too ?

I'm also hoping that they put it into a tablet form factor for android as well since Android has never had anything to compete w/ Apple M series Tablets

very false. MediaTek, Samsung, and Qualcomm have always dominated M-series iPads in GPU tests. this is an objective fact.
