I'll give Retroid one thing. They're pretty good when it comes to customer service. I got a faulty Retroid 3. Being my first Retroid product I was disappointed. However it was a easy process and a very quick turnaround. I did have to message the discord though to stir the pot. But eventually everything was sorted. I've since bought the 3+ which does have a volume button issue now. However I've just pre ordered the RP5 GC version. Looking forward to it...
