My smartphone as been acting crazy i believe that it started after the last update. It deletes information on its own it will switch my call to text call it will go to random pages without me have to do anything. I have to use the pen for most things. Don't know what is going on with the phone at the' moment.
My Galaxy S22 has been locked up since Friday morning. I took it to my Service Provider and there was nothing they could do to unlock my phone. I called Samsung and all they can tell you is to do a factory reset and lose all of your data and information. Samsung won't own up to there even being a problem on their end. Their Poduct is absolutely useless!! I will have to replace my phone and start over. I use my phone for work and this is keeping me from doing my job. I can't access anything on my phone or get into it to do a factory reset even if I wanted to, which I do not.

the S22 is currently not affected by this particular software bug, so there must be something else going on with your phone.
I must add the Samsung A53 5G to this problem. Phone freezes even after factory reset...that is it is unusable.
