Starting in mid-2025, PayPal will share personal data with third parties due to a new feature, named Personalized Shopping. Thankfully, those not interested in it can opt out, although the problem is the fact that PayPal chose to enable this by default. Most likely, yes. But probably not if people accept new/updated TOS without reading anything at all of what's inside.
