The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to debut sometime in early 2025, and Ice Universe, a reliable tipster, says that the upcoming Android flagship is "100% confirmed" to have a variant with 16 GB of RAM.

They will only add more memory for run AI BS locally, OnePlus 13 is going to offer 24GB, and it's only for one reason AI. The phone doesn't need it at all if you never use AI.

Why not improve the battery lasting more so perhaps 6000MaH to match the AI hungry stuff but why is AI forced on us anyway 🤔  I don't really use it on my phone and I don't think many do.
