With how old iOS is, and how much 90's design ideas it still has lingering around it, it comes to no surprise that bugs like this show up.
Make no mistake tho, this is probably done by design to save battery when possible.
Not like iPhone users would notice, they were hanging on to decade old tech like 720p screens, LCD tech and 60hz only until the end of 2020.
So 80hz is an upgrade.
Problem is I can detect even 24 Hertz refresh rate difference. And this is not a placebo effect long story short
So it's ok that I've been being screwed over for almost 3 years rather than just a few weeks with my 14 Pro Max?
