Title: Horizon Zero Dawn Remaster announced for PC and PlayStation 5

Sony has announced Horizon Zero Dawn is getting a remaster. It will launch on October 31 as a $9.99 upgrade for people who already own the game. Otherwise, it costs $49.499

Ok is it just me? While I have not played much of Zero Dawn yet on PC I did get through the 'training' section @ 1440P and it looked pretty darned good as-is.

As someone who dreads or shys away from 'online account' requirements for offline SINGLE PLAYER games I'm thinking the 'remaster' will be a hard PASS at my house.

Agree, for me it's not a masterpiece nor a bad looking/old game that requires remaster. Strange decision, maybe just to push PS5 Pro version..

I understand they need to pay for those "over 10 hours of re-recorded conversation, mocap" but I don't understand why they needed to be redone. I have played the whole game and it was a great experience, including conversation and mocap.
