A new leak says Qualcomm could push the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5's P-cores to 5.0 GHz. However, this might only apply for the regular version manufactured on TSMC's N3P node.

Fake. Smartphones already melt trying to maintain the current boost for a few seconds.

3nm makes it harder to get high clocks, not easier
