A recently uploaded YouTube video portrays the efficiency prowess of a Lunar Lake-equipped Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i 'Aura Edition' laptop. Lasting almost an entire day in the local video playback test, the Yoga laptop leaves the 15-inch M3 MacBook Air in the dust.https://www.notebookcheck.net/Lenovo-Yoga-Slim-7i-with-Lunar-Lake-chip-smokes-M3-powered-MacBook-Air-in-battery-life-test-lasts-almost-an-entire-day.890402.0.html
Knowing Intel and its continuous lies in its slides, I would have liked to see that exhaustive comparison that does not indicate the true values to which the processor was subjected.
In any case, this LunarLake does not inspire confidence in me, I prefer to wait for PanterLake. For those who are gamers who play 4-5 hours a day, we are waiting for AMD 9000x3D, which everyone in my community is looking forward to having. It will be expensive, but we are already saving up. The problem will be that it will run out in milliseconds.

Yeah, everyone is looking forward to have a full-blown desktop CPU in a laptop.
I would have liked to see the test performed on UHDp60 AV1 video being played from Youtube, at 250 nits brightness. And, as said in the article, M4 is coming soon. So the real test should be against that.
This needs to be verified by a non sponsored third party, preferably not by playing a video as this tests the video hardware encoder optimization and display. Not generic CPU utilization.
Yeah, nice CGI, now can we test a real laptop
"The test encompassed a 24 FPS 1920 x 1080 local video playback with brightness set to 150 nits and WiFi turned off."
Whats with the unrealistic testing? 150 nits is quite low and no one turns off wifi when doing video playback.
