MSI has shed new light on its second-generation gaming handheld. While the device was first showcased publicly in June at Computex 2024, MSI's release window for the Claw 8 AI+ may irk some gaming handhelds looking for an alternative to the ASUS ROG Ally X, Steam Deck OLED or Lenovo Legion Go.

Maybe MSi want to prioritise their allocation of Lunar Lake to their laptops until Q1 2025.
