Earlier this month, Qualcomm's CEO and president Cristiano Amon promised new Snapdragon X series laptops that will be much cheaper than current options. The processor that will power these has just leaked, and it's an 8-core X Plus CPU with a significantly less capable GPU than the other CPUs in the lineup.

LOL!

Given how MANY Intel/AMD options that are currently available <=$500 IMHO the Qualcomm 'target pricing' needs to be cut in 1/2 to be viable.

Considering the lack of performance and software compatibility these 'Win-on-Arm' devices will eventually be priced accordingly. :)
