I actually have a similar device - it NEVER booted WIN but DID BOOT a Linux Mint USB stick and got it's WinBlows overwritten. :)

Enough CPU power, memory and storage for casual: office, streaming & surfing. Given the crappy panel I WOULD NOT edit photos/videos on the device.

Small & light (due to plastic) and perfect for casual users.
