BYD just unveiled its 2025 Seal electric sedan refresh, and it specs and pricing range show why Uber ordered 100,000 BYD EVs instead of Tesla for its ride-share fleet.

It's unfortunate that the roles are reversed in Europe and BYD is set on scamming it's European customers. Both Tesla and BYD are made in china and exported to Europe.... But BYD is more expensive and slower with less range.

Give us cheap BYDs and people might switch their Tesla orders.

I take it your not a car guy as 3.1 to 3.8 seconds is a massive difference in acceleration

Interesting, so with 800v architecture it should charge faster. Given how bad the old 400v was whats the charging speed this time? Is it match Tesla? Using LiDAR radar how is that better according to tesla & others this is inferior old technology please explain. Is it still 300kg heavier than the Tesla and so handles correspondingly and is slower resultantly?

Both tesla and byd are cheap nasty knock off's of each other.
