Tesla has told a number of early Cybertruck buyers that one of the electric motors on their Cybertrucks will be replaced at their next service visit, citing efficiency and reliability for the motor swap. While there is no word of a recall, speculation suggests that Tesla is correcting a minor fault. Tesla appears to be replacing the front drive motors, which have been the subject of noise complaints.
