400 nits is too dark for outside use and not an improvement on what exists.
The Teclast tablets do not work in the United States for 4G LTE they don't have the proper bands. That fact is not noted on their website. They only list the channel bands but don't tell you what country they work in. It's up to the purchaser to figure that out.
