Title: Garmin brings new features to Venu 2, Venu 2s and Venu 2 Plus smartwatches through new CIQ System 7 update

Garmin has finally started updating the Venu 2 series to its CIQ System 7 platform. Support for CIQ System 7 arrives via Software Version 19.05, which is now available to download globally.

It seems that they've improved battery life with this update, I'm getting almost 2 more days with casual usage (no GPS), 11-12 days instead of 9-10.

Im getting lesser than usual of battery life now after the update!
