Microsoft has released its second Surface Laptop in as many months. Available in 13.8-inch and 15-inch sizes, the new Surface Laptop utilises many changes from the Surface Laptop 5, which all combine to create what Microsoft belies are true MacBook Air 13 and MacBook Air 15 challengers.
