I use 2019 Zephyrus G14. Bought with 16 GB RAM and upgraded it to 40 GB. With the new models, RAM cannot be upgraded and 16 GB is nothing these days for such a powerful laptop. I wish it had at least 1 upgradeable RAM slot.
exactly, i have vivobook s14 with same 40GB ram and never look back. 16GB in 2024 with such machine is insulting. 32GB should be minimum to start with in this zepyrus and with option to go up. i know manufacturers milking people on soldered ram in laptops. best approach would be using LPCAM modules so every one would get what they need.
AMD version is coming out soon. I would hold on.
8gb VRAM, should be cheap. You can smell 12gb 5070...
I wouldn't get this, 16GB soldered is a deal breaker.
