The Moto G85 5G has been outed as the next alleged Motorola smartphone for the European market - even though its predecessor has been on the market for much less than a year. Nevertheless, there are early signs that it will be replaced by a device capable of delivering some of the same core specs for roughly the same amount of money.

Considering Motorola likes recycling chips (they already did with the G82 and G84 using 695) we'd be lucky if we get a Snapdragon 700 series this time, or a Dimensity 7030 equivalent, 6 Gen 1 if we're lucky but the Edge 50 Fusion already uses that.

It's all about RAM, Storage and a fast processor. The rest will follow on most phones coming up out there. If we could develop a score sheet from these 3 main options it would make phone evaluations easier for sure.
